Contact Us
The best way to reach us is by email. Here's what we can help with, and what you'll need to take to someone else.
You can reach the OnlineCryptoGame editorial team by email at [email protected]. We don't use a contact form, so email is the one way in, and it goes to the people who write and check our guides.
What we can help with
- Errors and corrections. A wrong number, an outdated rule, a broken link. Our corrections policy explains what to include and how fixes are logged.
- Questions about our data and methods. How a simulation works, what a figure means, or how to re-run a calculation. Start with our testing methodology and the CSV files on our data page.
- Suggestions. A game, a question or a myth you'd like us to look at.
- Using our figures. If you'd like to cite or republish our data, tell us where; please link back to the page the figures come from.
- Privacy questions. About what this site collects. See our privacy page first.
What we can't help with
OnlineCryptoGame is an information site. We are not a casino or a gambling operator. We don't hold accounts, take bets or handle anyone's money. That means we can't:
- help with an account, deposit, withdrawal, bonus or verification at any gambling operator, including iceusdt. Please contact the operator's own support team;
- recover crypto sent to a wrong address or on the wrong network;
- give personal financial, legal or tax advice;
- tell you which games or bets will win. None of them do on average, and our guides show why.
If gambling is causing you problems, please contact a helpline rather than us. Our responsible gambling page lists free, confidential services by region.
When to expect a reply
We read every email, but we're a small team and can't promise a specific response time. Error reports that could affect readers' money or safety are dealt with first.
